How we handle the personal data of visitors and of people who contact us.

What data we process
- Data you send us by email, WhatsApp or through the quote configurator: name, contact details, delivery city and request details. The configurator stores nothing on the site: it prepares a message that you send yourself, from your email client or WhatsApp.
- Browsing data collected by the servers hosting the site (IP address, date and time, page requested), for security and operation.
- Statistics through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept statistics cookies. See the cookie policy.
Why and on what legal basis
- Answering requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Site security and operation: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Visit statistics: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Quote requests for as long as needed to handle them and for any legal obligations; statistics data for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
With providers that help us run the service (site hosting, email, Google for statistics, Meta for WhatsApp when you choose to write to us there). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@tranigoldstone.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
